This diet is actually not a real diet where you have to starve yourself to death and be hungry all the time. 
This is something that everyone should try because you don’t have to make a lot of sacrifices. You just need a will and a motivation and that’s it.

Since everyone will tell you that along with a diet you need to exercise, you choose any kind of physical activity, just to keep yourself in shape and follow these instructions.

  • First and foremost you need to stop with candies, sweets, alcohol, coffee, sodas, and pastries. That is one of the most important things. Instead of consuming these foods, replace them with water, tea, lemonade, whole grain bread, etc.
  • Cook your meals at home, because only then you will know that your dish contains everything you need. Eat food that is full of proteins, because they will help you to build your muscles.
  • You can always use different ingredients because they will add a special flavor to your meal and will speed up your metabolism.
Don’t skip any meal. You should have at least three main dishes such as breakfast, lunch, and light dinner, and two smaller meals which are like a snack. (you can use fruit as your snack).
