How to create a new Gmail account (Quick Start Guide)

1. How to create a new Google Account

There may be only one Gmail account for each Google Account you set up, however, you may have multiple Google Accounts.

To create a new Gmail account, you need to create a new Google Account. First, make sure you log out of any of your existing Google Accounts.

Type the year of your birth in the Third Birthday field.

Step 5: Enter the recovery information and location

In the case of a mobile phone enter your cell phone number. 

Type your current email address in the text field.
While you may be able to create a Gmail account without entering optional recovery information, you cannot recover your account if you forget your password. 

I highly recommend filling out these fields.
Some operating systems may give you the option to make Google your default home page.
Finally, select your location from the drop-down menu in the Location field.
Once you have entered all the required information and recovery information, click the Next `Step button.

Click the I agree on the button to create your new Google Account when you're done reviewing the dataIf you do not want to create an account, then cancel and click.
After clicking on I agree with the privacy popup, you will be asked to verify your mobile phone number if you have already entered it.

When you have reviewed the information on the Welcome screen, 

Click the Continue button. You now have a new Google Account that allows you to use your newly created Gmail account.
Now that you've created a new Gmail account, go back to the original Google screen you're ready to sign in to.

When you have finished reviewing the information on the screen, click the Next button. Another initial screen will appear. Review the screen, and click Next again. Click on the Next button through each initial screen.
After the last contact screen, a popup announces that your new Gmail account is ready to use.

Go to GmailYou'll see your new Gmail inbox with a welcome message from Google. You'll see some icons that prompt you to perform various actions, such as adding a photo to your profile, selecting a theme, importing your contacts, and more.
Type your first message directly using the Compose button. Or, click on the various icons and follow the instructions.

Step 2: Sign out of Gmail
