10 Home remedies: Beautify Black and Stiff Elbows

As much as we are concerned about facial skincare, the elbow is just as neglected. 

The black and hard elbows of the body are rubbed the most. So the skin becomes black and hard.

This elbow becomes as painful as it looks from time to time. Here are some Beauty Tips for home remedies to remove dead skin on elbows.

1.  Coconut oil:

Vitamin E in coconut oil can remove black, dead skin on the elbows. Mix one teaspoon of coconut oil with half a teaspoon of lemon juice and apply it on the elbows

After 15 to 20 minutes, wipe with a paper towel. You will benefit if you do it once a day. 

Or scrub the elbow with a tablespoon of walnut powder mixed with coconut oil. If you do 
it two to three days a week, you will get good results.

2. Lemon:

The best lemon for the care of black hardened elbowsVitamin C removes dead skin and restores skin color. Put a teaspoon of sugar on a slice of half a lemon and rub it on the elbow. Rinse with water after 20 minutes. 

Or mix a teaspoon of honey with lemon juice and apply it on the elbows. Rinse with water after 20 minutes.

3. Yogurt: 

Lactic acid works great to remove dead skin. Mix one tablespoon of yogurt, two tablespoons of flour to make a thick paste and apply it on the elbows for 20 minutes. 

When dry, remove by rubbing. Do it two to three days a week.

4. Sugar:

Mix an equal amount of sugar and olive oil together and continue to massage for five minutes. Rinse with water. Dead skin will rise and the skin of the elbow will be soft.

5. Baking Soda:

Baking soda works very well as a cleanser. Mix one tablespoon of baking soda, one tablespoon of milk and massage for two to three minutes. 

Rinse with lukewarm water. Keep doing this every other day until the skin is completely clear.

6. Aloe Vera:

Aloe Vera works very well to keep the skin hydrated and moisturized. Buy fresh Aloe Vera leaves or buy Aloe Vera gel from the market and apply it on the elbows

Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off with water. It should be done one to two days a week.

7. Almond: 

Almond oil is very good for the skin. Heat a little and massage almond oil on the elbows for five minutes. 

Or mix one or two tablespoons of almond powder with a little yogurt to make a paste and apply it on the hardened elbow. When dry, massage with a little water. 

Rinse with cold water. Doing this two days a week will make a difference in a few days.

8. Mint leaves:

Boil a handful of mint leaves in half a cup of water for two to three minutes. Mix half of the lemon juice in it and strain it and let it cool down. 

Soak cotton in this mixture and apply it on the elbows. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it off with water.

9. Turmeric:

Turmeric is very useful for hardened elbows. Mix a teaspoon of milk cream with a little turmeric powder and apply it on the elbows

Leave it for a while and wash it off with lukewarm water. Or mix an equal amount of turmeric powder and flour together and make a paste with rose water. 

Apply to elbows. Leave it for a while and when it is dry, wash it in lukewarm water.

10. Cucumber:

Slice the cucumber thickly and keep rubbing it on the elbow for 10 minutes. Leave on for five minutes and rinse with cold water. 

Do it every day to get good results. Or mix equal amount of cucumber juice and lemon juice. Leave it on the elbow for 20 to 30 minutes and wash it off with water.
